• Name and email — required. Side by side, they take one line.
• Phone — optional. Some customers want a call; many don't want to give a number.
• Company — optional; useful in B2B.
• What do you need? — a dropdown, so you can sort requests at a glance.
• The details — a free-text field with a hint about what helps you quote precisely.

Choose Quote request when you add a new form. It has Name and Email in half width, Phone, Company, a dropdown What do you need? with A new project, Changes to something existing, Ongoing help and Something else, and Tell us about it with the hint “The more we know, the more precise the quote.” Change any label, option or required setting in the editor's rows.

The notification's subject is Quote request from {field:name}, so requests stand out in your inbox, and Reply-To is the customer's email: pressing Reply answers them directly.

Routing and follow-up

• Send quote requests to the person who prices them, or to two people — see multiple recipients.
• Every request is saved under Mailbag → Entries, so none depends on an email arriving. Filter the list by this form and export it to CSV for a pipeline review.
• An automatic reply telling customers when to expect the quote reduces “did you get my message?” emails.
