Refunds and cancellation

Last updated 24 September 2026.

Thirty days, no questions asked. If Pro isn't what you needed, write to us within thirty days of a payment and you get that payment back. You don't have to explain, and you don't have to uninstall anything first.

How to get a refund

Email us from the address you paid with, or with the receipt attached. There is no form for this, on purpose: a refund form is how refunds get made tiring enough that people give up.

Refunds are issued by Paddle, the merchant of record for the sale, back to the original payment method. Paddle's timing is typically a few working days once we've approved it.

After thirty days

Past the thirty days, ask anyway. If the plugin hasn't worked properly for you, or something we said about it turned out not to be true, we would rather refund you than keep money we didn't earn. What we won't do past thirty days is refund a full year that has been used for eleven months.

How to cancel

The email with your download link also carries a link to Paddle's customer portal, where you can cancel, change the card or download invoices yourself. Or email us and we'll cancel it for you. Cancelling takes effect at the end of the period you've already paid for: you aren't cut off when you press the button, and you aren't charged again.

What cancelling does to your site

This is the part worth reading, because it's where plugin subscriptions usually hold something hostage. Cancelling doesn't pause your integrations, doesn't delete entries, doesn't hide features behind a nag, and doesn't put the site into any reduced mode.

What you give up is future maintenance: the fixes for the day Mailchimp, HubSpot or another service changes its API or its rules for keys. That's a real loss over a year or two, and it's the honest reason to renew. It isn't a loss on the day you cancel, and the software isn't designed to make it feel like one.

Chargebacks

Please email us before starting one. A chargeback costs a fee on top of the refund and takes months, and asking first is always faster. If you've already started one, tell us anyway and we won't fight it.

The free plugin

There is nothing to refund and nothing to cancel. It's free, it's GPL, and it keeps working whether or not you ever buy anything.
